Swimsuits Choices For Apples

How does an "Apple" pick the perfect swimwear? We're obviously not talking about fruit. We're talking about one of the common body types. How do you know if you're an Apple? Simply measure your hip and bust properly. Apple shapes have a bust measurement that's at least 3" greater than the hip measurement.

What kind of swimwear should you wear to make yourself look more like the hourglass shape? A good choice is finding swimsuits that will de-emphasize your bust and emphasize your hips. Another factor to consider is support for your cup size. Apple shapes usually have larger cup sizes such as C,D and bigger. So the bikini top must provide both ample support and de-emphasize. Sounds very hard. However, it's not that hard if you know what to look for.

Halter and Underwire bikini tops are the preferred choice for Apple shapes. Both provide support and shape for large busts. You don't need push-up pads if you're choosing Underwire so make sure there are none or are removeable. You don't want to appear even bigger than you are. You don't want to create the opposite effect. There is a special style of Halter called a Banded Halter. This style has a wide fabric "band" going all around under the bust which adds more support than the typical Halter top. For color choice, ideally a solid dark color will de-emphasize.

You want to emphasize and draw eyes to your bottom by choosing a good amount of fabric and embellishments. When we mean fabric, we're talking about avoiding the tiny string bikinis. Believe it or not, string bikini bottoms actually make your hips look smaller. Curvier hips are what the Apple shape should look for. A good choice is a hipster bottom. For color, bright solids and patterns are the ones to choose (a solid color top with a patterned bottom is ideal). And if you can find bottoms with ruffles, ruching, shirring, rhinestones, beads, metal rings, etc…all the better.

So don't fear or shy away from picking out a real hot bikini or one piece swimsuit.  Whether it's on the beach, at the pool, or anyplace else, you need to feel great and look confident in your sexy swimwear.
